Well, well well ... what an interesting weekend it was. Our chef cut his finger and had to be rushed to hospital during a PACKED saturday night restaurant. All of the seats from our party bus got taken before even the boss could get on the bus. . . . . A rubbish bag split open dropping 15 kilo's of half-cooked chips on my feet. . and the place was so hot we probably could have grilled the burgers from the walls.
Still though, full houses, full bellies, smiles, cocktails and good music make for happy clients and happy owners.
Note to self: ALWAYS double-bag
